Haiku Review – Blade Runner (1982)

I can single this movie out as the reason I love anything science fiction or futuristic on screen or in literature.  I remember seeing the movie and asking my father when it was made, incredulous at the decades gone by.  The movie, and Director’s Cut especially (to me), stand the test of time.  Thrilling and thought provoking, the movie still shines – and makes a nifty desktop background, screengrabbers.

Blade Runner (1982)

What do androids dream?

Future noir.  Man, Gods.  For what?

Lost.  Tears in the rain.
